IIHF U18 Challenge Cup of Asia ประจำปี 2012 เป็น IIHF U18 Challenge Cupแรก ของเอเชีย ซึ่ง เป็นการแข่งขันฮ็อกกี้น้ำแข็งระดับนานาชาติประจำปี ที่จัดขึ้นโดย สหพันธ์ฮ็อกกี้น้ำแข็งนานาชาติ (IIHF) จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 1 เมษายน ถึง 6 เมษายน 2555 ที่เมืองอาบูดาบีสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ ประเทศไทยชนะการแข่งขันหลังจากชนะทั้งสี่เกมในรอบแรก และจบอันดับหนึ่ง สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์จบอันดับสอง แพ้เฉพาะไทยและมาเลเซียจบอันดับสาม
